Payout methods

In order to receive your Payouts on time, you need to specify how you would like to get paid. Specifying a Payout method means securely storing your bank account details in our Payout system so that we are able to automatically create your Payout at the correct time.

Adding a Payout method

  1. Log-in to your account.

2. Navigate to the Payout methods page.

3. Click  Add payout method.

4. You'll be asked to enter your password to confirm your identity


5. Choose whether you would prefer to be paid via Bank Transfer or PayPal. ​

Bank Transfer

1. Enter your billing address in the first form. These details should match the address that is associated with the bank account you will add in the next step.

2. You will be directed to the Worldpay website to add your bank account details.

3. Enter your bank account details.

4. Click Save.

Your Payout method is saved.

You'll receive a confirmation of the changes you made via email.

PayPal

  1. If you select PayPal Payout you'll be asked to log in to your account on the website.

2. You may be asked to confirm that the site has permission to access your account details.

View the Payout method

We have made it easier for you to double check your payout method to make sure that you have entered the bank details correctly.

  1. Log-in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the Payout methods page.
  3. Click the Edit button (...) and choose View payout method details.
  4. Type your password to view payout method details.

If the details are not correct, please delete the payout method that you entered and add again.

Delete the Payout method

  1. Log-in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the Payout methods page.
  3. Click the Edit button (...) and choose Delete payout method.
  4. Your Payout method is deleted.

Adding additional Payout methods

You can add additional payout methods, but you can only have one Active method at a time.

You can also set a minimum payout amount so that you only receive your payout once you reach a certain amount.
