Verify your mobile phone

To ensure that we're able to deliver important alerts to you (such as notifications of Booking confirmations and Booking requests), you are required to add and verify a mobile phone number to your account before you can list your first property.
 

Verifying your mobile number

Method 1: When creating your account

When you create your account, you can verify your mobile number in step 3.

Method 2: From Edit profile page

  1. In the top right of the screen, choose Edit profile from the drop-down menu where your account name is shown.
  2. Click the Add mobile phone link
  3. Choose the country of your mobile phone subscription
  4. Enter your mobile phone number
  5. Click Verify number
  6. Check your mobile phone for an SMS message from Your.Rentals
  7. Enter the 6 digit PIN code into the web page
  8. Click Validate PIN code
  9. Your mobile phone number is validated.
 

Method 3: When listing your first property

If you have not verified your mobile phone number when you list your first property, we'll require you to do this before your listing is published.
  1. After selecting your listing type in the List now steps, you'll see a screen asking you to Verify your mobile phone number.
  2. Choose the country of your mobile phone subscription
  3. Enter your mobile phone number
  4. Click Verify number
  5. Check your mobile phone for an SMS message from Your.Rentals
  6. Enter the 6 digit PIN code into the web page
  7. Click Validate PIN code
  8. Your mobile phone number is validated and you can continue listing your property.

***Note: If your phone number is registered in Argentina, you have to omit the number 9 in order to receive a SMS from another country. Find out more here.
