In the Discounts section, it is possible to add rules to offer discounts to guests in certain cases.

There are two types of Discount:
  • Discounts for longer stays
  • Last minute / Early bird
 

Discounts for longer stays

Encourage your Guests to book longer periods by offering Discounts for longer stays. You are able to set a discount from your Base rates (or Seasonal price increase/decrease if applied) for bookings more than 7, 14, 21 or 28 nights.

Discounts for longer stays are applied to the gross amount for the entire booking (not including cleaning or extras).

You can choose whether or not to apply Discounts for longer stays to each Seasonal price increase/decrease
 

Adding Discounts for longer stays

  1. On the Discounts page, click Add longer stay rules.
  2. Enter a percentage discount in each of the time periods (you do not need to add to all). The percentage will be applied to the rental rate for each night in the booking period.
  3. Save rule
  4. You will see cards for each of the discounts you have added.
 

Editing Discounts for longer stays

  1. On the Discounts page, click the Edit button on the Discount for longer stays card that you wish to edit.
  2. Enter the new discount value as a percentage discount.
  3. Save rule
  4. Your cards will be updated to reflect your change.
 

Deleting Discounts for longer stays

  1. On the Discounts page, click the Delete icon  on the Discount for longer stays card that you wish to delete.
  2. Confirm your action.
  3. Your cards will be updated to reflect your change.
 

Last minute / Early bird

Encourage your Guests to book either at the last minute or in advance by offering Last Minute / Early bird discounts. Set your rule and we'll update your discounts each day as the Last Minute and Early bird time rules shift. 
 

Adding Last minute discounts

  1. On the Discounts page, click Add last minute/early bird.
  2. In the Last minute section, choose the time rule (Example: Bookings made less than 2 weeks before check-in)
  3. Enter the percentage discount you are willing to offer for Last minute bookings. The discount will be applied to the nightly rates for these dates.
  4. Click Save rule.
  5. You will a new card for Last minute discount added.
 

Editing Last minute discounts

  1. On the Discounts page, click the Edit button on the Last minute card that you wish to edit.
  2. Enter the new discount value as a percentage discount.
  3. Save rule
  4. Your cards will be updated to reflect your change.
 

Deleting Last minute discounts

  1. On the Discount page, click the Delete icon  on the Last minute card that you wish to delete.
  2. Confirm your action.
  3. Your cards will be updated to reflect your change.
 

Adding Early bird discounts

  1. On the Discounts page, click Add last minute/early bird.
  2. In the Early bird section, choose the time rule (Example: Bookings made more than 6 months before check-in)
  3. Enter the percentage discount you are willing to offer for Early bird bookings. The discount will be applied to the nightly rates for these dates.
  4. Click Save rule.
  5. You will a new card for Early bird discount added.
 

Editing Early bird discounts

  1. On the Discounts page, click the Edit button on the Early bird card that you wish to edit.
  2. Enter the new discount value as a percentage discount.
  3. Save rule
  4. Your cards will be updated to reflect your change.
 

Deleting Early bird discounts

  1. On the Discounts page, click the Delete icon  on the Early bird card that you wish to delete.
  2. Confirm your action.
  3. Your cards will be updated to reflect your change.
